FrontPage Alternative's parent company, Thomas Brunt’s OutFront Inc., has been in the Web development and marketing business since 1998. Thomas Brunt’s OutFront Inc. operates a portfolio of commercial sites for aspiring Webmasters including the following. The OutFront Forums | thomasbrunt.com | DNS-Co | First Expression CEO Thomas Brunt My Web development career began in 1996 when I was in graduate school seeking my Masters degree in Educational Technology at the University of South Carolina. I had a grad-assistant job during that time as the Webmaster for the USC College of Education. My job was to redesign, rebuild, and maintain the college’s Web presence and to conduct personal tutoring sessions with all interested college faculty members to show them how to use Microsoft FrontPage to update their own Web sites. Renaissance Interactive (now defunct) hired me in 1997. Renaissance was a large regional Web development company based in Columbia, South Carolina. At its height Renaissance had more than 100 employees and venture capital funding to the tune of $15 million. We developed sites for some quite large companies such as Wachovia Bank and Siemens. We also developed smaller sites for medium sized businesses. My job at Renaissance was to use a graphic designer’s Photoshop files and a client’s content to create a top quality Web site and then train 1 or more of the client’s employees to edit and manage the site with Microsoft FrontPage. I did that for approximately 3 years. I was also an original Macromedia Beta tester for Dreamweaver 1.0, and I completed a project for a fortune 500 company using the Dreamweaver 1.0 beta 3 months before the software was released for sale. I started the OutFront Forums in 1998 as a hobby. This was exclusively a FrontPage support site at first, but it quickly grew to include Dreamweaver users and others. I was able to leave Renaissance to go full-time on my own (as a consultant to aspiring web designers) 2 years later. I incorporated Outfront and began leasing servers in top quality data centers to offer hosting service in 2003. OutFront now has over 800 sites. Our growth is steady but not so fast that we’re encountering any difficulties in providing service to our customers. There are no plans to turn OutFront or DNS into large organizations. We are a mom and pop shop for the new millennium. We give personal attention to each customer and partner. We have helped a lot of people create successful Web consulting businesses, and we have very much enjoyed getting to know people from all over the world. We would like to get to know you too. Sincerely, Thomas A. Brunt Creative Director Bonnie Brunt Hi! I’m Bonnie. I am the creative director for Outfront, and our entire Web family. I am a 1986 graduate of Furman University and an on-going and current student of the constantly evolving Internet. What a great place! I love my job! I’m a creative person and I love people. Back in the year 2000, Tom convinced me to put my creative energy to work for him and thus began my career here, as the creative director. I am an expert with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. These are the primary tools for my contribution to the design aspects of our business. I’m also fluent in several other programs that we use to deliver top-quality Web designs and graphics to our customers. In addition, I am a trained and certified Google AdWords Specialist, which means I am qualified to help you with all of your online advertising with Google. I’m excited to be able to share my expertise with you, our partners, as we work together to create your designs and develop your Internet strategy. Three children have blessed my life with love, curiosity, enthusiasm and energy. This career has afforded me the extreme luxury of participating in their lives fully. For this gift of time, I am grateful. This is a wonderful career, Web development and marketing, and with proper training and direction, a field that only accentuates family life. I get pure joy from working with friendly clients, developing ideas, solving problems and completing projects that not only enhance your business, but also your own sense of self-worth. I love my job. I said it again. I’ll continue to work for and enjoy the growth with OutFront. I look forward to working with you on your new project and watching you blossom. This is a great business and an exciting time! Welcome. Bonnie Brunt
