Many people choose pre-recorded training sessions, online videos, and other tools for learning.  This does not work for everyone.  If you are interested in one-on-one, personal training where each and every question that you have is answered when you have it, then we can help you.  We walk together with you through our applications, front and back end, giving you infomation, instructions, advice on what has worked for us and what hasn’t.  We share our experience with you, so that your experience will be positive and fruitfull.

We don’t know everything.  We do know a whole lot about the programs and applications that we offer and represent and we are eager to train you.

How it works

• We schedule a training session, typically no longer than 1 hour, at a convenient time for both parties.
• We send you an email with an invitation to our online meeting a few minutes before our training session. You respond and follow the basic, simple instructions.
• We give you a call at our scheduled time.
• Through our meeting, we give you access to view our computer, and we talk, person-to-person, as we view the shared application.  We walk you through all the steps for your desired service.  We talk you through how to use it.
• We answer your questions right away and show you, in real time, how to operate the applications and perform the necessary tasks.
• We talk.  You talk.  We listen.  You listen.  We teach.  You learn.
• One-on-one.
• Simply effective.
